Our first annual snowshoe race in Sharbot Lake, Ontario. Located at 24613 Hwy 7, Sharbot Lake.

Course:  This is an out and back course.  For the first 800 meters we head down a rugged trail in the forest behind the brewery out to the multi-use K&P trail.  From there we head south down a beautiful section of K&P to downtown Sharbot Lake.  We then turn around and head back.  Most of the trail is flat and groomed and will make a great first race for beginners and a fast race for experienced snowshoe runners.  All experience levels are welcome and encouraged to participate.

Registration and Start:  February 4 at 9:00 a.m. registrations starts, Race starts at 10:00 a.m.

Goodies:  All participants will receive some K&P swag and a complimentary pint on completion. There will also be snacks, hot drinks and prizes to be given out.

Snowshoes are available for rent for $10.00, in cash on the day of the event.
